You can ask OLIMPO TECH LTDA (CNPJ 44.699.220/0001-20) at any time to delete the personal data it holds about you: the data from the contact form and from conversations with the Olimpo WhatsApp number.
How to request
Write to [email protected] with the subject Data deletion, giving the phone number (with area code) and/or the email you used with Olimpo.
To make sure the request is yours, we may ask for confirmation through WhatsApp or the email provided before deleting.
What is deleted
We delete the link between your number and companies and systems, the history of conversations with the Olimpo number, the texts kept to improve the support and the contact form data.
We keep only what the law requires: access logs for six months (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, art. 15), the customer company's tax and billing records and the record of the deletion request itself.
Deadline
We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 15 days, letting you know through the same channel as the request.
Just want the messages to stop?
Write "parar" to the Olimpo WhatsApp number to stop receiving newsletters, or "sair" to end the current conversation. Neither deletes the history; for that, make the request above.
Copies of conversations on your device and on WhatsApp's servers follow Meta's rules: delete them using the app's own options.
Data inside the systems
What you register in Hermes, Aristeu or Argo belongs to the customer company, which decides about that data. Ask your company's administrator; if you prefer, write to us and we will forward the request.
