What these terms cover
The website presents Olimpo Tech and the Hermes, Aristeu and Argo systems. The Olimpo WhatsApp number serves customers and prospects: it links the numbers of system users, answers questions, sends account notices and forwards the conversation to the chosen system.
Use of Hermes, Aristeu and Argo is governed by the contract signed with each customer company, which prevails over these terms where they differ.
Using the Olimpo WhatsApp number
To link your number to a company, you provide the requested details (such as the CNPJ and the registered email) and confirm the code sent to you. Only do this for a company you work for or that has authorized your access.
You may not send illegal, offensive or bulk content, try to access another company's or person's data, or use the support for purposes other than those intended. We may block numbers that do so.
Some answers are automated. Actions that change data in the systems always ask for confirmation, and the official information is what each system shows. Write "sair" to restart the conversation and "parar" to stop receiving newsletters.
WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own terms. Olimpo Tech is not responsible for its failures or downtime.
Intellectual property
The Olimpo Tech brand, the Hermes, Aristeu and Argo names, the systems and the website's texts and images belong to Olimpo Tech. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
Liability
We do our best to keep the website and support available and accurate, but they may be unavailable due to maintenance or third-party failures. Website content is informational and is not a commercial offer; contract terms are set in the contract.
Privacy

Changes, law and jurisdiction
These terms may change; the date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
Brazilian law applies. The courts of Caldas Novas (GO), Brazil, have jurisdiction, unless the law grants you another venue.
